The University of the Philippines (UP) has served as the country’s premier institution of higher learning for more than a century. UP has found its media partner, DZUP 1602, the university’s AM radio station in educating not only its own community but also the whole Filipino nation through various ways apart from classroom instruction.
DZUP operates as a site for extension work—from the popularization of knowledge in the sciences and the arts to the airing of news and information that foster nation building. DZUP has gained awards from the 2011 Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas Golden Dove Awards and 2011 Catholic Mass Media Awards in just less than a year after its relaunch in February 2010.
Having earned said recognitions, DZUP has become more driven and aggressive in efficient information dissemination that benefits not only the UP community but also the general public.

With excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and can work well under pressure
Sociable and is able to interact with people of diverse personalities
Male or female, 20-27 years old
